Knowledge of the Future

About 8-9 years ago (around 2011) when I was studying knowledge management, a question pop up in my mind.  In the past, we used to learn from the past, which I call it knowledge of the past, and majority of people were just doing that.  The way it worked was someone like the teachers and professors, or the professionals, they learned the knowledge, and create a course or training classes, and pass on the knowledge to the others, to classes of students, or to the next generation.  People in the past decades had been surviving like that.  Go to the college,

Knowledge Structure & Learning

We all learn, but very often forget after reading, hearing them, or even learning them in classes or workshops.  Why ? From a conversation of a famous speaker in reply to a question from an audience who asked "how he can remember so many different things",  the speaker replied: It depends on whether or not you can fit what you have learned into your own knowledge framework.  That means there need to be a hook, which can be hooked to your own knowledge structure.  Otherwise it will be easy to forget.

Making Sense of Learning

It is difficult to describe what 'make sense is'.  I'll try to put it in a very simple to understand manner.  Make sense is a feeling that people find things meaningful in their daily lives.  In simple words, how learning will make sense is how these learning are meaningful and practical in real life.
